Who me? Slack off and not do any news yesterday? Nah, it couldn't have been me...I was playing Quake Wars and Team-Fortress 2 all night! Eeeerrr, wait a minute...

Anyway, be sure to hit up the globally ranked World In Conflict server we're hosting for the members of StrafeRight! Dukefrukem will be heading up the server so be sure to find him in Ventrilo if you have any questions about the game and how to play. From what I hear, this game looks like a million bucks and is nothing like your average RTS title. • Is Id's Fancy Tech 5 engine only playable on the PC and Mac? Will they leave you Linux folks out to dry? I sure hope not.
• Ohhhh...check out the new Blacksite: Area 51 pics and video over at Shacknews...this one looks freakin' hawt sauce.
• Army Of Two video...this and one or two other games are the reason the XBox still sits idle on my desk right now.
• September 25th is the Crysis demo release date...so here's a new video of the game to wet your willy, or whatever you call it.
• Video pick of the day: You might be a redneck if...the nightly news catches your lawnmower-starting-faced wife throwing bottles at you after the local fireman had to chisel you out of your own fireplace. I'm so glad I stopped power drinking years ago.
