Soooooo...ya, maybe I have been slacking a bit the last few days. And soooooo...ya, maybe I've been completely addicted to Quake Wars since I got home from a business trip to my desktop rig last Friday. And sooooo...ya, maybe I'm just about ready to be addicted to Team-Fortress 2 as well. That is if Valve actually releases the beta like they said they would if we pre-ordered the Orange Box. I can't wait to hear the internet explode tomorrow if this beta doesn't come out. All the yo-yo's that bought the game are going to want a refund ala the iPhone price reduction scandal from last week.

Oh well, on with the news:

• Why the hell not start out with a Team-Fortress 2 preview from Eurogamer? I thought so!
• Don't click here if you do not want to know the ending to Halo 3...it's apparently legit video footage from the game's ending.
• A fool and his money...Ya, some guy paid $10,000 dollars for a World of Warcraft account...are soon parted.
• Grab the 2gb demo of Stranglehold...a third-person shooter directed by John Woo. Good stuff!
• WTF? You can die from skipping the whole eating-food thing for three days to play video games? That's phail.
• Hellgate: London beta signups have begun...I bet Blizzard is shaking in their mail boots! Or not.
• Rockstar's Table Tennis for the Wii reviewed over at Shacknews...and I still can't find a Wii in a box, on a shelf.
• Video pick of the day: Little kids + big waves = kids flying = me rofl...dot com.

On another note, be sure to check out the new World In Conflict server being hosted for all the RTS fans here at StrafeRight. Dukefrukem will be heading up this server so if you have any problems or questions about the game, he's your guy. This game looks to be very cool and a nice change from the usual FPS pwnage we love so much around here.

Hopefully by this time tomorrow we'll be deciding whether to play Quake Wars, Team-Fortress 2 or World In Conflict. Life is good my fellow gamers!
