screw me but I'm seriously liking the new Ram. They pulled the top dawg off the minivan (lol... I know I know) to do it. And the minivan is Dodge's bread and butter, so they're pretty friggin serious about this.
380hp/410 ft lbs from the upgraded hemi (yum), 4% improvement in mileage, which is amazing considering it's 30 more horse. cylinder deactivation, a new crewcab 4 door (the tiny back 2 doors), overall I think it's 43 improvements. Plus, I like the new styling more than the 06-07-08 styling.
They've also given it some type of an industry-first coil rear, no more leaf springs. coil springs is obviously not new, but the configuration of the arms and stuff is.
The Ram has really climbed in recents years in things like Consumer Reports, and I think i'd like to trade in for a new one.
of course the moment I did, I know I'd be bitching about MPG all over again. But I loves me a nice looking V8 truck.
